The Pure Whimsy Difference

Each necklace is a hand-fabricated work of art. I use the technique of Cloisonné, hand-shaping fine silver wires to create the mountain range. I then layer vitreous enamel,  powdered glass, in deep forest greens, sky blues, andbpurples before kiln-firing the piece at 1,500°F. Because I work in very small batches, this necklace is part of a limited run and each piece will be different. This process gives the glass a luminous depth that makes the landscape feel alive.
